Refinish Hardwood Floors

A worn hardwood floor is almost never past saving. We sand it back to raw wood in multiple passes — coarse through fine — until every scratch, pet stain, cupped board and old finish line is gone. What is left is a blank surface that takes stain evenly, which is exactly where most refinishing jobs go wrong.

Then you pick the colour. We bring samples and put them on your floor rather than in a brochure, so you see them in your own light before anything is committed. Two or three coats of finish go on top, in the sheen you choose — matte, satin, or the mirror gloss a lot of Colorado homes still want.
