New Hardwood Installation
From bare subfloor to a floor that still sits flat in twenty years.

A hardwood floor is only as good as what sits under it. We check the subfloor for high spots, squeaks and moisture before a single board goes down, because a hump you ignore in week one is a gap you live with for two decades.
From there it is layout — which direction the boards run, where the seams land, how the floor meets tile, carpet and doorways — then racking and nailing. Stairs, thresholds and custom borders are part of the job, not something we send another trade out to finish.
Best for
New builds, additions, and rooms where the existing floor is past refinishing.
