How we got here
Jesus Garcia Magallanes started American Flooring Inc. in 2003, working out of Henderson and taking whatever hardwood work came in across the north Denver metro. 23 years later the phone still rings for the same reason: floors that were done properly the first time.
The company never grew into crews and dispatchers, and that was deliberate. Flooring is a trade where the quality of the result tracks almost exactly with the experience of the person doing it. Handing your floor to whoever happened to be free that week is how a job goes wrong, so we simply do not work that way.
What that means for you is boring in the best sense. The person who measures your floor is the person who sands it. The price on the estimate is the price on the invoice. And if something needs saying — that a recoat will do instead of a refinish, or that a colour will not look the way you are picturing it — you hear it before the work starts.

Prep & protection
Furniture moved, doorways sealed off with plastic, vents covered. Our sanders run on dust containment so your house stays livable.
Sand, finish or install
Multi-pass sanding to bare wood, stain applied evenly, then finish coats — or a clean, tight install if you are going with new material.
Walkthrough & care
We inspect it together in daylight, tell you exactly when to move furniture back, and leave you with care instructions.
